  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage funeral services, including transfers, sending, and other related duties;
  • Prepare monthly schedules for ground staff to optimize their workload and productivity;
  • Securely keep petty cash and company vehicles to prevent loss or damage;
  • Collaborate with various departments to achieve common goals and objectives;
  • Lead the operations team and communicate company policies and processes to ensure smooth operation;
  • Assist in talent employment with the Human Resources Team;
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an Assistant Operations Manager;
  • Comfortable working in the funeral industry;
  • Possess a valid Class 3 driver's license;
  • Able to work shifts, including Public Holidays and overtime.
