Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of our restaurant operations. Your primary objective will be to assist the management team in achieving targeted sales and profits while maintaining operational and service standards.

You will work closely with the team to improve the organization's efficiency and achieve its mission and goals. Your responsibilities will include preparing candidates for entry-level to managerial positions, assisting in the efficient running and profitability of restaurants, ensuring good service is provided in accordance with our SOPs, and maintaining service quality and consistency standards.
