Product Innovation Manager

We are seeking a Product Innovation Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product innovation strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. A good balance of empirical data and common sense is essential, as well as the ability to create persuasive presentations and communicate complex ideas clearly.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing departments, preferably in innovations, and a strong understanding of business process, key functions, and data analysis. They will also be proficient in using IRI database software and competent in PC packages including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent is required, along with at least 1-2 years of working experience in FMCG industries. Strong project management skills, prioritization, and ability to work under pressure with sizeable workloads and tight deadlines are also necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing product innovation strategies that drive business growth and revenue
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines
  • Leading regular multi-functional project team meetings to move projects through the Gate process
  • Presenting Gate documents and leading discussions on product innovation during Sales & Marketing / Integrated Business Management meetings
  • Ensuring Accolade is up to date, with SKU plans locked in time, and keeping projects on track to hit ETA and key deliverable dates
