This team of Product Marketers works in a highly collaborative environment to deliver go-to-market efforts and strategies to demonstrate the role that our community plays in the lives of businesses and helps them grow.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to lead Go To market strategies for our App performance marketing solutions.You will use your knowledge of marketplaces, platforms, and products used by Direct Response advertisers, and your understanding of the ad tech industry to properly inform the roadmap, build global go to market strategies, and coordinate ongoing marketing efforts to grow awareness, understanding, and adoption of our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner closely with our Product Management & Sales teams to launch advertising products and grow their adoption in the APAC region
Represent product teams in the markets by setting goals, managing product launches and implementing activations in order to drive adoption.
Collaborate with technical and operations teams to monitor product performance.Be a recognized App marketing expert and develop go-to market strategies and plans, including product positioning, narrative, internal communications, and marketing activation strategies
Use your market knowledge and analytical mindset to properly inform the roadmap through the collection and systematic extraction of key themes coming in from marketers and advertisers who use our platform.
Drive successful cross functional alignment on go to market strategy & planning and track success metrics accordinglyInspire and educate both internal and external teams on our performance solutions for advertisers
Build frameworks and processes to structure conversations, create & socialize marketing initiatives, and drive alignment across teams and leadership
Requirements:
Deep knowledge of the performance digital ads competitive landscape, especially for App acquisition, engagement and retention strategies for verticals such as Gaming, Retail, Tech or Finance.
Able to transform complex and nuanced concepts into simple actionable tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with high attention to detailStrong analytical skills and problem solving skills; ability to identify new opportunities and improve overall product marketing strategy
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute go-to-market plansA team player who can successfully work cross-functionally with various stakeholder groups, both within our organization and across partner organizations, with minimal guidance
Strong public speaking skills and comfortable presenting to large groupsAble to lead market research to identify new opportunities through qualitative and quantitative analysis, constantly assess the capabilities and value proposition of our ad products via market trends, advertiser feedback and competitive benchmarking.
Qualifications:
Native/fluent in Mandarin
BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
5+ years of experience in product marketing/product strategy or other relevant digital marketing/sales work
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in product marketing, product management, strategy at a technology or advertising technology company
Solid track record in launching products & driving global adoption
At ease with data analytics tools, such as Looker & Excel, and working with Data Science or Data Engineering teamsExperience in a performance-based advertiser or digital advertising tech company
