Job Title: Intelligence and Investigations Professional

The Enforcement and Compliance Division (ECD) is seeking a highly skilled Intelligence and Investigations Professional to join their team. This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to make a difference in the field of enforcement and compliance.

ECD is part of SSG's Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG), which plays a crucial role in building an effective, responsive, and inclusive CET eco-system through effective grant management, Skills Development Levy collection, and enforcement against external fraud and abuse.

As an Intelligence and Investigations Professional, you will be part of the team that oversees the conduct of inquiries and investigations of cases that are suspected to have flouted SSG's regulations or funding terms and conditions. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting verification calls to individuals relating to SSG's funding support

• Handling requests related to refunds of SSG's funding support

• Gathering information and intelligence pertaining to training providers and enterprises

• Conducting field surveillance on entities or individuals as part of intelligence gathering for cases

• Preparing regular statistical updates related to enforcement cases

• Any other administrative duties as assigned

What We Are Looking For


• Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently

• Up to 3 years of relevant work experience in enforcement work function.

• Proficient with Microsoft office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Good writing, communication and inter-personal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
