About the Role- Create and execute global and regional Tiger campaigns, driving integrated work across digital, social, experiential, content, and culture-led activations.
- Translate our bold brand platform into culturally relevant and commercially smart work, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Champion work that taps into Gen Z behaviors, football fandoms, street style, and unapologetic self-expression.
- Manage campaign delivery from concept to execution, ensuring timely, budget-friendly, and on-brief results.
- Inspire local markets to activate global campaigns with authenticity and flair, fostering a collaborative mindset among internal stakeholders.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in creative, brand, or integrated agencies, with a proven track record of leading multimarket accounts.
- A deep understanding of beer culture, football, music, or fashion, with a passion for how brands navigate modern culture.
- An agile and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to manage clients, creatives, and chaos with ease.
- Experience in global-to-local workstreams, particularly in APAC or lifestyle-driven brands.
- Bonus: background in working with alcohol, fashion, entertainment, or FMCG clients targeting Gen Z.
