Job Description

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our eco-responsibility journey forward. This role combines event sustainability leadership with administrative and operational support, encompassing various aspects of our business.

This position is ideal for someone who believes that purpose and impact should be at the heart of creativity, ready to push our industry towards better practices, project after project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate ESG frameworks into actionable steps across events and internal operations.
  • Propose and implement sustainable practices aligned with ISO 20121 and our long-term objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare comprehensive sustainability reports.
  • Develop and maintain a Green Vendor Benchmark Scorecard and an eco-materials library.
  • Collaborate with designers, event producers, and suppliers to reduce environmental impact and implement eco-design methods.
  • Lead sustainability training programs, onboarding induction kits, and internal awareness campaigns.
Administrative & Operational Tasks:
  • Manage billing, invoicing, quotations, vendor agreements, and insurance.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors for material procurement.
  • Support event logistics: permits, CRM, vehicle transfers, part-time crew contracts.
  • Maintain IT hardware/software inventories and coordinate light IT troubleshooting.
  • Assist with HR-related eco-initiatives, travel logistics, and team-building activities.
Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Environmental Management, or a related field.

Bonus: Studies or certifications related to event sustainability, ESG reporting, or ISO 20121.

  • Professional Experience:

1-3 years in sustainability, environmental consultancy, ESG compliance, or the events industry with a green focus.

  • Skills & Mindset:
  • Deep commitment to eco-responsibility and sustainable impact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Cross-functional team player with initiative and integrity.
  • Knowledge of carbon reporting, eco-materials, waste audits, or green procurement is a plus.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken) for effective communication with clients/customers/business partners.
