Retail Associate Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Customer Service Professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to all customers visiting the retail stores, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers, empowering them to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Sales Transactions: Perform sales transactions, upsell merchandise, and handle cashiering duties with efficiency and professionalism.
  • Stock Management: Assist with stock inventory management, including stock checks, availability, and handling damaged stocks.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain housekeeping duties and visual merchandising standards to create an attractive and welcoming store environment.
  • Crowd Control: Initiate and handle crowd control management during peak periods, ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • POS System Management: Manage the retail store POS system, perform opening and closing duties, and submit sales reports in a timely manner.
