Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service. This involves proactively seeking out opportunities to sell, working towards meeting sales targets, and providing a superior customer experience that aligns with established standards and protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Identify Sales Opportunities: Recognize chances to sell by understanding customer needs and suggesting suitable products and services.
  2. Meet Sales Goals: Utilize effective sales techniques and upselling strategies to achieve sales targets.
  3. Collaborate with Team Members: Work together with therapists and other colleagues to reach sales targets and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  4. Boost Revenue: Engage with clients to help meet sales goals and increase revenue.
  5. Handle Client Responses Promptly: Address client requests and resolve issues quickly to maintain customer satisfaction.
  6. Customer Relationship Management: Track client interactions and follow up using the CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
