Position Overview: The Senior Recruitment Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in sourcing top-tier candidates while possessing a deep understanding of the recruitment landscape. This individual is well-versed in technological advancements, demographic challenges, and socio-economic factors that may influence recruitment strategies. They are adept in multiple markets, whether by technology or geography, and collaborate with colleagues across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, demonstrating best practices in sourcing, process management, and post-placement support.
  • Manage and nurture the local recruitment team, encompassing the entire management process from candidate selection to onboarding and offboarding. This includes maintaining a robust pipeline and providing regular reports to leadership.
  • Facilitate training and onboarding for new team members, partnering with Learning and Performance departments to enhance skills.
  • Support the development of career recruiters, guiding them towards becoming subject matter experts.
  • Prepare junior sales associates for a successful transition into Business Development Representative roles by enhancing their business acumen and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborate with Practice and Sales Directors to align with the office's sales strategy, ensuring the right technical focus is allocated to resources while proactively growing talent pools.
  • Ensure timely coverage of critical roles and enhance communication with sales teams to drive lead generation efforts.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at strengthening recruitment capabilities.
  • Implement effective contractor care strategies to minimize controllable issues, ensuring regular engagement with active contractors.
  • Represent the diverse services offered by K2 Partnering Solutions and integrate B2C offerings into daily candidate interactions.
  • Work with regional leadership to gather strategic market insights regarding technology trends and upcoming projects, organizing targeted events to engage with a broader candidate network.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or technical recruitment roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
  • Proven success in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top technical talent.
  • Ability to devise innovative sourcing strategies to enhance recruitment efficiency.
  • Experience in negotiating with candidates facing competing offers from leading enterprises.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar technologies is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Possess a solution-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous personal and professional development.
