Job Summary

This position oversees the execution of administrative and operational tasks crucial to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at a healthcare institution. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze data to inform management decisions, prepare reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with Biomedical Engineering and IT security teams to ensure a robust risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative and operational activities for IoMT activities for medical devices.
  • Analyze data to inform management decisions.
  • Prepare reports for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Biomedical Engineering and IT security teams to ensure a robust risk management framework.
  • Provide secretariat support and participate in ad hoc projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of relevant working experience in IT, Operations, and Risk Management with medical devices/systems understanding.
  • Good understanding of both IT and Biomedical Engineering processes/operations and the relationship between them.
  • Good working knowledge of best practices in mitigating security risks for IoMT medical devices/systems.
  • Experience in healthcare facilities projects and/or government projects.
  • Possess strong communication, administrative, organisational, and management skills.
  • Reliable team player, independent, and committed.
