Strategic Procurement Specialist

We are seeking an accomplished procurement expert to drive corporate governance and strategic planning in our organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, stakeholder engagement, and operational management.
- Lead and mentor a team to achieve strategic objectives, reviewing and implementing policies and processes as needed.
- Oversee financial management, project coordination, IT system administration, and access reviews to ensure seamless operations.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage tenancy agreements, including cost analysis, budgeting, approvals, and renewals to ensure value for money.
- Oversee the full procurement cycle, ensuring vendor performance and cost-effective sourcing.
The successful candidate will possess:
- At least 7–8 years of relevant experience in administration, procurement, or strategic planning, preferably in the public sector.
- Proven leadership in team management and stakeholder engagement, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including policy drafting and executive presentations.
- Confidence in liaising with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with instructional manuals on procurement and contract management.
