The Opportunity



We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic planning, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.



Your Key Responsibilities




  • Support the development of strategic plans to drive business growth through new customer acquisition and existing customer engagement programs.
  • Manage project backlogs and prioritize initiatives to maximize business results.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and local teams to plan and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
  • Develop lead generation and conversion initiatives across touchpoints, leveraging digital marketing and technology to scale quality lead volume.
  • Design and implement communication plans and collaterals to engage financial consultants and promote marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate KPI reporting and budget management across all initiatives within the team.
  • Handle administrative tasks and maintain proper documentation and asset management.


What We Offer



We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including flexible work policies, professional development opportunities, and a comprehensive health insurance package.



Requirements



To be successful in this role, you will need:




  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, and/or project management.
  • A strong individual contributor with fast learning capabilities, proven experience driving initiative planning and execution under high-level guidance.
  • Experience in project management, able to manage multiple cross-disciplinary projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong logical reasoning, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities to identify insights and opportunities for business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and working teams.
  • An advantage if you have experience in digital marketing, understanding of customer acquisition, and online-to-offline conversion.
  • Experience working in the insurance industry, especially with sales and distribution, is an added benefit.
