Job Title: Industry Partnership Director

About the Role

This leadership role is pivotal in driving strategic workforce development and fostering strong industry linkages within the advanced manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will possess a visionary approach, deep domain knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies, excellent stakeholder engagement capabilities, and a proven track record in industry development.

  • Spearhead industry engagement efforts to identify critical skills needs and catalyze workforce transformation opportunities.
  • Conduct market and trend analyses to translate insights into actionable workforce development strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a Sectoral Workforce Skills Plan and Upskilling Playbook aligned with industry needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Industry Development

Catalyze workforce transformation opportunities by spearheading industry engagement efforts.

Skills Development and Training Adoption

Drive the development and validation of emerging technical skills and competencies in partnership with industry leaders.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field is required.

A Master's or PhD in advanced manufacturing-related disciplines is an added advantage.
