As a key member of our foreign exchange team, you will be responsible for mastering the complexities of the foreign exchange market and its various products. Specifically, you will focus on the USDCNH market, including spot, forward, swaps, options, and cross-currency swaps.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and autonomously oversee FX positions, ensuring they remain within agreed risk and credit parameters, while identifying potential factors that may cause these parameters to be breached.
  • Generate positive profit and loss (P/L) and maintain a consistent proven track record of trade objectives achieved.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Traders, Dealdesk, and Treasury, as well as external partners, such as Clearing Brokers, Executing brokers, Exchanges, OTC Counterparties, and Banks.
  • Develop and implement effective trading strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.

Requirements
  • 35 Years of Experience in FX and Derivatives Trading:
  • Proven expertise in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Strong knowledge of derivatives-OTC FX and exchange-traded derivatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, especially those of high importance.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
