Culinary Leadership:

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Team Management:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of skilled chefs and kitchen staff to achieve exceptional performance and exceed customer expectations.

Inventory Management:

Manage inventory levels, minimize waste, and optimize ordering to ensure maximum efficiency and profitability.

Safety and Quality Control:

Ensure a safe working environment, maintain high standards of food safety, and implement quality control measures to prevent contamination and errors.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer complaints professionally, and maintain a positive reputation for the establishment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a senior chef or executive head of culinary operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of menu planning, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
  • Certifications in food safety and quality control (e.g., HACCP, Food Safety Certification).
