About the Role:
Maintaining high ethical standards in supply chain activities is crucial for our company's success. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will negotiate with suppliers and logistic providers to ensure on-time delivery, cost reduction, and overall value to the company. You will also identify and resolve potential issues, ensure that team members understand procurement policies and supply chain procedures, conduct monthly capacity and performance analysis to align with customer requirements, provide inventory reports on a weekly/monthly basis for stakeholders, implement cost reduction programs, 5 S in the work area, and measure their effectiveness. Additionally, you will manage labor costs, personnel growth, inventory levels, and data accuracy, while following safety and quality guidelines. Promoting and participating in programs such as Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing, and social activities is also a key aspect of this role.
Requirements:
We require a minimum of five years of experience in supply chain management and lean management. A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field is also necessary. Strong leadership and management skills are essential for this position. Familiarity with processing environments in the oil and gas industries is a must. Consistently achieving results, both quantitative and qualitative, is critical for success in this role.
