The Role of a Project Manager is crucial in ensuring the success of any project.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate briefing and effective project execution
  • Analyse project requirements and identify localisation needs, as well as key deadlines and milestones
  • Coordinate with various teams and vendors to execute project deliverables on time

As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating and executing projects that require localized content. You will work closely with our global team to create and execute required localized content, including reviewing content for cultural viability in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, be able to think critically, and possess strong communication and coordination skills. They will also be able to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Hogarth teams to ensure work is briefed accurately
  • Analyse tickets and identify localisation requirements / WW deadline / live date and indicate additional instructions on the ticket
  • Upload assets into the appropriate project folder
  • Coordinate with internal teams on ticket specifications and provide clarification if required
  • Discuss with Client Producer and Hogarth Producer the weekly status of projects noting down milestones (Loc, Int, ISV dates) and flag any potential delays
  • Coordinate with Hogarth Project Managers for project requirements and resource availability, assigning tasks to required based on the timeline
  • Plan resources needed based on workload, coordinating with translator, creative director and editor resources after confirmation of availability from Transcreation
