Corporate Planning Officer Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Planning Officer to join our organization. This key role will involve coordinating corporate planning efforts, facilitating leadership engagement activities, and strengthening enterprise risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Organisational Workplans: Aligning with strategic objectives and departmental initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Units: Refine enterprise risk management and procurement frameworks, as well as business continuity plans.
  • Plan and Coordinate Corporate Retreats: Facilitate leadership engagement activities, collaborate with management to shape agendas that reflect key organisational priorities.
  • Analytical Frameworks and Insights: Support long-term financial sustainability, including funding strategies and resource allocation mechanisms.
  • CORPORATE SECRETARIAT DUTIES: Manage internal governance committees or policy reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Any field.
  • Working Experience: At least 2-3 years in corporate planning/development, enterprise risk management, or corporate services.
  • Knowledge: Urban planning and sustainability-related fields, especially EVs and charging-related infrastructure.
  • Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and facilitation skills. Experience in organising high-level internal events or retreats preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Proactive, resourceful, and able to multi-task.
