Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts in Vietnam, working closely with stakeholders to identify and attract top talent. Key responsibilities include building relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and business partners, as well as developing and maintaining strong working relationships with cross-functional teams.


This role requires a strong understanding of the recruiting function, including research, sourcing, networking, behavior-based interviewing, and closing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize multiple functions and tasks, and maintain flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in end-to-end talent acquisition, with a focus on technical hiring in the internet industry talent space.
  • Ability to read and write in Vietnamese (C1 level or equivalent) to effectively communicate with customers in their native language.
  • Excellent negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or similar field.
