Drive Operational Integrity in the Asia Pacific Region

Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned audit professional to lead our transformation efforts in the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal audit partners to develop an integrated coverage model.
  • Lead a team of auditors to ensure timely coverage of thematic risks and Transformational Change programs.
  • Manage high-quality audits with minimal disruption to the business as Team Manager.
  • Finalize audit issues and reports as necessary.
  • Execute audit work efficiently within given timelines.
  • Provide clear guidance and supervision to meet quality standards.
  • Identify risks and impact of issues during issue writing and obtain mitigation plans.
  • Support adherence to GIA methodology and raise awareness about it.
  • Demonstrate expertise in Transformation, business areas, and the audit process.
  • Monitor implementation of agreed issues/audit plans and provide advice on resolution.
  • Support regular updates to Transformation committees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university.
  • 15+ years of experience in Financial Services.
  • 8+ years of experience in Internal Audit.
  • Relevant Audit Qualification.
  • Deep understanding of Transformation, portfolio, and program management risks.
  • Growth mindset, appetite for experimentation, and ability to learn quickly.
  • Proven ability to prioritize issues in a rapidly changing environment and manage multiple tasks while maintaining quality delivery.
