Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist to coordinate the movement of shipments, manage distribution budgets, and ensure high-quality services.

  • Coordinate transportation providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of shipments.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, escalating complex issues to senior team members as necessary.
  • Review purchase orders and shipping documents to guarantee accuracy.
  • Make special shipping arrangements when required.
  • Identify and resolve shipping errors in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and review bills and invoices for accuracy.
  • Manage and optimize distribution and shipment budgets.
  • Maintain high standards of quality across all services provided.
  • Develop process improvements to increase efficiency and organization within the supply chain.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year's experience in a similar logistics or transportation role.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
