Job Description:

As a Beauty Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, offering expert advice and personalized recommendations to our customers. You will greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively promote products, conduct demonstrations, and upsell complementary items. You will also be responsible for staying updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and hair care. You will be expected to provide personalized consultations, recommend products based on individual skin types and concerns, and educate customers on proper product usage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional service and creating a memorable experience.

  • Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.

  • Effectively promote products, conduct demonstrations, and upsell complementary items to drive sales.

  • Provide personalized consultations, recommend products based on individual skin types and concerns, and educate customers on proper product usage.

  • Assist with stock replenishment, monitor inventory levels, and ensure product displays are well-organized and visually appealing.

  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must have at least 1 year of working experience in sales/beautician.

  • Previous experience in a beauty advisor or retail sales role is preferred but not required.

  • Able to converse in English and Chinese to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers.

  • Self-motivated in achieving sales targets.

  • Good interpersonal skills, service-oriented, and able to multitask.
