**Beauty Advisors (Beauty Counters)**
The Beauty Advisor will be responsible for providing beauty product recommendations to customers at our beauty counters. This role requires extensive product knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for the beauty industry. The Beauty Advisor will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and delivering exceptional service to enhance the overall customer experience.

**What you will be responsible for**:

- Greet customers and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the beauty counter.
- Engage with customers to understand their beauty needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and expertise across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories to educate and assist customers in their purchasing decisions.
- Offer personalized beauty product recommendations based on customers' individual requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any product-related concerns or issues.
- Manage visual merchandising of the counters in store.
- Responsible for inventory management, including receiving stocks and stock taking
- Stay up to date with the latest beauty trends.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Beauty Advisor, Makeup Artist, or similar role in a retail environment.
- In-depth knowledge of skincare products, makeup techniques, and beauty trends.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect and engage with a diverse range of customers.
- Excellent communication and listening skills to understand customers' needs and provide tailored recommendations.
- Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends, holidays, and during peak retail hours.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
