Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop publicity materials to promote our employer brand.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to understand business requirements and develop tailored recruitment solutions.
• Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines through effective time management skills.
• Liaise with training institutes, government agencies, and recruitment vendors to build strong relationships and identify potential candidates.

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably with experience working with recruitment applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
