Restaurant Operations Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations in a fast-paced Bar/Lounge environment. They will direct, train and assist employees to serve guests, ensuring proper standards are met while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily shift operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain par stocks throughout departments by monitoring on-hand inventory.
  • Operate all department equipment as necessary.
  • Assist floor staff during busy periods.
  • Utilize Labor Management System to effectively schedule to business demands and for tracking employee time and attendance.


Providing Exceptional Customer Service

The ideal candidate will supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met. They will set a positive example for guest relations, interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels, and empower employees to provide excellent customer service within guidelines.

Modeling High Standards of Work

The Restaurant Operations Manager will supervise the Bar/Lounge in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws. They will train staff on cash handling and credit policies and procedures, and maintain standards for bartender and cocktail service.

Facilitating Employee Performance

The successful candidate will ensure all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms. They will help train employees in safety procedures, communicate performance expectations and coach employees regarding performance on an on-going basis.
