Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Civil & Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Resident Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with drawings and specifications. Your key responsibilities include supervising concreting, pavement, drainage construction works, and ensuring quality and erection of precast components.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience as a civil and structural engineer and be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore. You will also possess strong technical skills, including knowledge of building control regulations and codes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform all roles and responsibilities required of site supervisors under the Building Control Act.
  • Ensure that all civil & structural and M&E works are constructed in accordance with drawings and specifications and the Building Control Act and Regulations.
  • Supervise concreting, pavement, drainage construction works (applicable for C&S).
  • Carry out checks on compaction and curing of concrete (applicable for C&S).
  • Carry out checks on striking of formwork, re-props and removal of props (applicable for C&S).
  • Carry out checks on quality & erection of precast components (applicable for C&S).

Qualifications:
  • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience as a civil & structural engineer.
  • Accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore.
