We are seeking a self-driven, passionate, and organized individual who shares our spirit and desire to be the best in the industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing, inspecting, and repairing acoustic and electric guitars, as well as maintaining, cleaning, and setting up new and used instruments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and inspect guitars to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Evaluate damaged guitars to determine whether repair is cost-effective.
  • Maintain and clean electric and acoustic guitars, including setting up new instruments.
  • Build parts and troubleshoot electronics as part of repair responsibilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest audio engineering and electronics concepts.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of repairing musical instruments, particularly guitars.
  • Passion for musical instruments and music in general.
  • Proactive, responsive, responsible, and willing to go beyond the call of duty.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to diagnose and fix problems.
  • Customer-focused with a solid understanding of customer needs.
