Lead a Team of Financial Planners\

The role of leading a team of wealth planning managers is crucial in driving customer engagement through holistic financial planning.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to relate and manage staff at all levels. They must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, skilling, and coaching a team of wealth planners.
  • Ensuring needs-based approach, complying with regulatory requirements and policies.
  • Acting as a single point of accountability for the assigned team, responsible for overall business performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensuring effective use of resources, creating a high-performance culture through motivation, training, and development of team members.
\Required Skills & Qualifications\

A good degree with at least 5 years' experience in the financial services industry is essential.

Relevant qualifications, such as CMFAS Mod 5, 8, 9, CHI, AFP, AFC, CLU, ChFC, CFP, are advantageous.
