We are seeking a talented Community Care Operations Executive to lead the development and implementation of innovative community care services.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Planning: Oversee the strategic planning, development, and operations of community care services to ensure alignment with national healthcare regulations and policies.
  • Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop multidisciplinary teams across various functions within community care services.
  • Care Model Development: Develop and implement evidence-based care models to enhance service delivery and improve the quality of life for seniors.

A Master's degree in healthcare management or a related field, along with a valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) license, is preferred for this role.

We are looking for a leader with a strong background in financial and resource management to drive the growth of community care services.
