- Drive operations planning and execution in assigned areas, encompassing data analysis, workload monitoring, and KPI performance tracking.
- Elevate community operations to improve care quality and resident experience by piloting new programs, evaluating technology for workflow improvement, and assessing pilot program success.
- Contribute to patient experience efforts, investigating feedback from all sources, identifying potential service gaps, and driving continuous quality improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in healthcare, operations, or customer service
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Able to manage complaints and feedback effectively
