The Visual Merchandising Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing visual merchandising projects across various retail environments. This role ensures that in-store displays, brand guidelines, local asset creation, and point-of-sale materials are effectively implemented to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.

This position requires close collaboration with internal teams, retail partners, and external vendors, along with a strong understanding of the brand's identity, in-store consumer experience, and marketing objectives.

The VM Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring seamless planning and execution across multiple locations while proactively coordinating with stakeholders and proposing strategic visual merchandising solutions to optimize brand presence in the retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and propose visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand identity, marketing objectives, and retail trends.
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store activations to enhance customer engagement.
  • Project Coordination & Execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including creative team, account servicing team, and external vendors and clients to ensure seamless execution.
  • Oversee the design, production, and installation of in-store displays and POSM and digital contents.
  • Ensure all VM executions adhere to brand guidelines and retail requirements across multiple channels.
  • Conduct store visits and audits to monitor execution quality and resolve any issues.
  • VMD Creative Briefing & Production Management
  • Provide clear and strategic VM direction to the VMD creative team, ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Manage the full production lifecycle of VM assets, from concept to final execution.
  • Handle the production and execution of VMD materials, ensuring high-quality output that meets budget and timeline constraints.
  • Work closely with production vendors to optimize material selection, fabrication methods, and installation efficiency.
  • POSM Development & Deployment
  • Plan and manage the full POSM lifecycle, from concept and production to distribution and in-store implementation.
  • Optimize POSM placement for maximum impact, ensuring consistent execution in all stores.
  • Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production.
  • Budget
  • Develop and manage VM and POSM budgets, ensuring efficient cost control.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of VM initiatives, providing reports and insights for future improvements.
