Job Description:

This role involves operating at the intersection of digital marketing and product development, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include developing visual content, such as graphics and videos, that showcase our products in an engaging and compelling manner. This entails leveraging graphic design tools, like Adobe Creative Suite, to craft eye-catching visuals, while staying true to brand identity.

The successful candidate will have a passion for storytelling through images and videos. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute social media campaigns that captivate audiences. Key performance indicators will focus on metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and campaign ROI. In addition, the specialist will help maintain and update our e-commerce platform and company website, optimizing user interface and search engine optimization (SEO) for improved conversion rates.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A levels/Nitec/HIgher Nitec/Diploma
  • Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and MS Office software
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and online advertising channels
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and visual identity guidelines
  • Effective communication and project management skills
  • Mastery of both English and Mandarin Chinese languages
