Senior AI Infrastructure Specialist

We're passionate about promoting social and economic justice through tech.We are seeking an experienced Lead AI Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in GPU-based infrastructure for AI, including scaling across clusters. They should also possess strong knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as Kubernetes, Ray, and Slurm.Additional responsibilities include experience with inference-serving frameworks (vLLM, NVIDIA Triton, DeepSpeed), proficiency in infrastructure automation (Terraform, Helm, CI/CD pipelines), and building resilient high-throughput low-latency systems for AI inference.The successful candidate will also have a solid understanding of DevOps cloud-native architectures and Infrastructure as Code.In this role, you'll be exposed to multi-cloud and hybrid deployments (AWS GCP Azure sovereign/private cloud) and experience with benchmarking and cost/performance tuning for AI systems.We encourage collaboration with ML teams on large-scale AI production systems and prioritize security compliance and governance concerns in AI infrastructure.Please refer to our privacy notice for job applicants/seekers when applying.
