Job Title: Strategic Program Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled strategic program manager to lead transformation initiatives across our warehouse and transportation operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, project management, and change leadership.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic transformation plans aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting scope requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
  • Partner with external organizations to enhance operational performance and drive business growth.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Design and implement technology solutions to support operational excellence.
  • Develop and communicate organizational change strategies to promote adoption of new processes and systems.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain operations, with at least 3 years in a project management role.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation projects in warehouse and/or transportation environments.
  • PMP certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with automation technologies (e.g., robotics, AS/RS).
  • Familiarity with data analytics and performance management tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
