Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management System (QMS): Develop, implement, and maintain a QMS that meets industry standards and company objectives.
  • Auditing: Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
  • Compliance: Ensure products and services comply with regulations and standards, including those related to safety, environmental, and legal requirements.
  • Training and Development: Train staff on quality management principles, tools, and best practices to foster a culture of quality within the organization.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas that need improvement.
  • Supplier Quality Management: Ensure suppliers meet quality standards, often by performing supplier audits and fostering strong supplier relationships.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor customer feedback and address any quality concerns or complaints to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Documentation: Manage all quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and inspection records.
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in quality initiatives and communicate effectively with senior management, stakeholders, and other departments to align quality goals with business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in quality assurance or equivalent with at least 10 years' relevant experience and Lead Auditor certification.
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience and have conducted Quality Assurance Audits, Incident Investigations, Site Inspections, Risk Assessments, Change Management, etc.
  • Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and business skills, including written/verbal communication, computer use, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
