Warehouse Operative Job Description

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? Do you have experience in managing warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and loading?

  • Our ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management through stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including goods receiving, picking, packing, and loading.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through stock counts, reconciliations, and system updates.
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with inter-department related all warehouse and logistic concerns.
  • Maintain proper storage and labelling of products in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform inventory control tasks and checks on quantities, quality, and availability against records, following established inventory control procedures.
  • Monitor and improve space utilization and warehouse layout for operational efficiency.
  • Assist on annual stock take and cycle count.
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with workplace safety regulations.
  • All other administrative tasks as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 Years of experience in warehouse roles (aviation)
  • Knowledge on CAAS, EASA, certificate of acceptance in incoming shipments
  • Shelf-life monitoring for spares
  • Computer literacy
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and logistics documentation
  • Physically fit and able to perform warehouse-related duties when necessary
  • Possess Forklift driving license
