**Warehouse Team Leader**
- Basic Up To $3000 + AWS + VB
- 14days AL & Other medical benefits
- 5.5 Days | Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sat: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- Location: Near Boon Lay MRT

**Responsibilities**
- **Allocate tasks **based on current operational conditions and requirements.
- **Report any shortages of goods **to the Room in Charge or Warehouse Executive immediately.
- **Monitor work progress **to ensure the timely completion of daily tasks.
- **Report equipment or machinery issues **to the maintenance team for prompt action.
- **Inform the warehouse supervisor **if any team members are unfit for work.
- **Ensure team members **are capable of completing their assigned tasks effectively.
- **Supervise team discipline **, ensuring adherence to workplace rules and standards.
- **Oversee picking accuracy **, guiding team members to follow correct procedures.
- **Ensure compliance with SOPs **, ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures.
- **Verify checklist completion **and ensure that equipment and machines are inspected for any abnormalities.
- **Notify team / supervisor **if any raw material quality issues are detected.
