Job Title: Pet Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. As a key member of our retail store, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and delivering a top-notch pet grooming experience.

About the Role:

As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our grooming centre within the retail store. This includes ensuring all grooming appointments are properly scheduled, maintaining equipment, performing high-quality pet grooming services, and upholding the highest standards of workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the grooming centre
• Ensure timely and effective scheduling of grooming appointments
• Maintain and repair pet grooming equipment as needed
• Perform high-quality pet grooming services based on best practices and customer needs
• Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety, hygiene, and cleanliness

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess:
• At least 2-3 years of experience in cutting and shaving furs for dogs, cats, and rabbits
• A valid SKC/DGA Class 'C' Certificate
• Excellent supervisory skills to oversee Assistant Groomers
