Job Description

As a Pet Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, happiness, and well-being of our furry friends.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about animals, especially dogs, and possess excellent communication skills to work closely with clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing daily care for dogs and other pets, including feeding, walking, playtime, and monitoring their well-being;
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment, including cleaning pets' rooms, playpens, and feeding areas;
  • Administering basic grooming and medication as instructed;
  • Assisting with client communication, including check-ins, updates, and addressing concerns;
  • Supporting daily operations, such as inventory checks and supplies restocking;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine passion and affection for animals;
  • Comfortable working with dogs of various breeds, sizes, and temperaments;
  • Physical fitness to manage cleaning duties and active pets;
  • A responsible, observant, and patient attitude with strong attention to detail;
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude;

Candidates with certifications in pet first aid or animal care, background in vet tech, grooming, or pet services, or a passion for improving pet wellbeing and client satisfaction will be highly regarded.
