A highly capable individual is sought to support the daily operations and lifestyle needs of a young, modern Australian UHNW family (principal in the technology sector, early 40s). This unique opportunity combines executive-level coordination with household management, providing seamless organisation and personal support.

The successful candidate will manage diaries, appointments, reservations, and reminders, as well as organise family holidays, weekend trips, and business-related travel. They will oversee personal shopping, restaurant/event bookings, and errands, coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers, and provide light daily care for the family's pet when they travel.

This role offers flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work independently, with opportunities to build trust and grow with the family over the long-term. A warm, family-oriented environment with a focus on quality of life is available to the right candidate.
