Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead ESD projects and Green Certification initiatives
  2. Manage direct reports and provide mentorship
  3. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders

  6. Manage projects in Singapore and Asia Pacific

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in M&E, Architectural, building services or sustainability related field. Master's Degree in Sustainability will be highly regarded.
  • Possess minimum two Green Building professional Accreditation (i.e. GMAAP, LEED AP, WELL AP, TRUE Advisor, EDGE expert etc.)
  • Understanding of building systems, particularly in ACMV systems and other M&E disciplines
  • Over 10 years of relevant professional working experience
  • Proficient in AutoCAD/ Sketch-up. Experience in other modeling tools such as Revit, Rhino will be a plus
  • Competent in public speaking and presentation
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills
  • Quick learner with initiative who takes necessary actions beyond instructions given
