Job Title: Transportation Operations Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the transportation of goods from suppliers to our central kitchen and then to F&B outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating orders between suppliers and central kitchen, managing logistics effectively, and tracking inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate orders between suppliers and central kitchen to ensure smooth delivery operations.
  • Manage logistics effectively to minimize transportation costs and reduce lead times.
  • Track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and delivery performance to inform business decisions.
  • Update supplier information in the accounting system and maintain relationships with suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate records and update inventory management systems, including data entry and reporting.
