The role of a Transport Support Specialist is pivotal in ensuring seamless logistics and renovation project delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating transportation services, managing logistics processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate transportation services for projects, including arranging for vehicles, equipment, and personnel.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and resources.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential logistical risks.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including schedules, routes, and expenses.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external clients.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in transportation coordination, logistics management, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
