At CAPGEMINI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior PMO Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project management office, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Governance: Track the delivery of programs/projects to ensure compliance with pre-established plans, deadlines, deliverables, budgets, and resources.
  • Budget Management: Develop templates for program/project budget tracking and reporting, maintain up-to-date records of investment and expense utilization, and periodically review project budget spending and variances between planned and actual expenditures.
  • Resource Management: Work with Program/Project Managers to perform resource planning and acquisition, support resource/vendor onboarding and offboarding processes, and centralize and maintain resource allocation records for optimization across programs and projects.
Requirements:
  • Degree in IT, Banking, Computer Science, or a related discipline, along with PMP certification.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management and PMO execution for large-scale projects implementing financial solutions.
  • Strong experience in program management, planning, and project implementation.
  • Good knowledge of financial management to ensure project financials are accurately captured.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Power BI.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure.
