Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Life Insurance domain.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Insurance Agency Management systems implementation and optimization.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead requirements gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements.
  • Technical Proficiency: Technical proficiency to understand and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Testing Experience: Experience with system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
