Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

The Business Systems Analyst at Marina Bay Sands plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business systems. This position involves working closely with business stakeholders and technology resources to identify, document, and manage business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing and documenting business processes to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Reviewing and validating test plans to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Supporting user acceptance testing to ensure that business systems meet user needs.
  • Tracking and managing requirements traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Leading and facilitating requirements gathering workshops and discussions with IT and business stakeholders.
  • Developing clear and complete requirements that are understood by technology resources and business stakeholders.
  • Managing requirements and associated changes through the project lifecycle.
  • Reviewing and analyzing business systems and user needs to ensure they are aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in process mapping, business requirements analysis, and documentation.
  • Experience working with collaboration tools such as Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
  • Familiarity with IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Knowledge of software development process methodologies like RUP and Agile.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
