We are looking for an experienced Senior Risk Manager to identify opportunities to improve our payment processes and controls, mitigate risk, and enhance financial and operational performance.

In this role, you will develop mechanisms to proactively identify and evaluate internal/external risks, and define technology, process, and control improvements required to mitigate them.

You will partner with payments business and technology leaders to identify emerging risks and opportunities throughout the product development lifecycle.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a forward-looking risk assessment roadmap for the business
  • Perform risk assessments for new products/features and existing processes/systems to surface risks across all risk categories
  • Enable risk reporting, oversight, and escalation mechanisms to ensure key risks are addressed prior to launch
  • Define and implement risk tracking and reporting for each business and contribute to aggregate risk reporting for the payments organization overall
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of compliance, audit, or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
