We are on the lookout for a seasoned and accomplished Technology Executive to spearhead our company's technological direction. This pivotal role entails championing the development and execution of technology strategies that drive innovation and advancement.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects across engineering, R&D, and product units. A deep understanding of multi-domain communication networks, sensor technologies, and telecommunications standards is highly desirable.

Skill Requirements:

  • Product Management: Proven experience in defining and executing product strategies, with a focus on hardware products, particularly in communications, radio, and satellite terminals.
  • Technology Management: Ability to spearhead technology strategy in collaboration with the Corporate Technology Group, identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging and disruptive technologies.
  • Capability Management: Experience in leading the development and implementation of engineering frameworks and best practices, as well as managing and growing internal capabilities in support of AI technology integration and engineering excellence.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership, with a strong background in product development and management of hardware products.
  • Proven experience in communications technologies (radio, satellite, cellular) is highly preferred.
