Job Title: Accounts and Inventory Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Accounts and Inventory Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable and payable functions.

  • Generate accurate invoices and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.
  • Prepare and process credit notes and related documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track collections and payments, updating aging reports to ensure timely follow-up with the sales team.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and reconcile outstanding payments to maintain accuracy and compliance.
  • Process and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and support full spectrum of inventory duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable and Payable Functions: Manage all aspects of AR and AP functions, including invoice generation, sales verification, and credit note processing.

Inventory Management: Support full spectrum of inventory duties, including daily stock movements and conducting monthly and year-end stock takes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
